Introduction:
This session is devoted to research areas that are related to nonlinear differential equations and their applications in science and engineering. The main focus of this special session is on the Lie symmetry analysis, conservation laws and their applications to ordinary and partial differential equations. Other approaches in finding exact solutions to nonlinear differential equations will also be discussed. This includes, but not limited to, asymptotic analysis methodologies, the simplest equation method, the multiple expfunction method, inverse scattering transform techniques, the upperlower solutions method, the Hirota method, and others.
