Introduction:
This session will address theoretical, numerical and computational developments and their applications to fluid dynamics, solid mechanics and life sciences. Areas of analytical interest include the theory of linear/nonlinear partial differential equations, the qualitative behavior of solutions, stability and asymptotics, control theoretic issues, and related aspects. The areas of application range from viscoelasticity and flow simulation to industrial flows and applications in mathematical biology.
